Excellent service from Calvin and his team! Our niece had her 4th birthday there and it was a complete blast. She had so much fun, the place was clean, food was fresh and the staff all had a great attitude and were very helpful with anything we needed. We have been at this location several times and you guys never disappoint. It's very refreshing to see employees that care and happy to make sure the customers have everything they need. The employee Bella gotta be the nicest employee I've ever came across. She was so nice to me & my boys. She went out of her way to play a game with my kids. The pizza was really good too! I am new to Chuck E. Cheese. But I can see why kids love it so much! I had to chase my toddler around to get him out for his nap. We had so much fun there. Stuff was super helpful and friendly. Pizza wasn't the best of my life, but it was tasty. And kids loved it. We got unlimited play time 60 min and got 30 min for free as an October promotion. And later on we were able to switch it for points. So I have points on my card now for next time. I believe cashier's name was Gerry. He was super helpful and huge "thank you" to him and his team! Good job guys. I am sure it's a very stressful job. Little yelling kids and stressed parents around all the time.
To celebrate my sons six birthday I took him to Chuck E. Cheese. He was very excited to go, and was not disappointed. Even though the prices are getting higher, the kids enjoyment is the most important thing they have a different selection for game cards where you can use points or time. Are used 60 minutes of unlimited game time so they could play as much as they could in an hour. For me, the pizza tastes great because it's the same pizza I had when I was a kid. You're gonna have to go a few times to save up your tickets in order to get the big prize that the kids want. They do have a system to make sure that you take your kids when you're done so that they don't go missing. The bathroom is clean and the environment is fun for everyone to enjoy.
